Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

  • First class paid social media planning for assigned clients in the context of strategy and objectives briefed by client teams

  • Thorough paid social media plan rationales for those clients and briefs requiring it

  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns from start to finish including but not limited to campaign set-up, ongoing management, insight and analysis, financial management – ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget

  • Ensure best practice and innovation in all paid social activities

  • Delegate, accurately brief and oversee the work of junior team members

  • Assist with client interactions as and when required (e.g. briefing sessions, post campaign analysis, QBRs etc.)

  • Build strong relationships with other teams within the broader social team, other specialist teams and client teams

  • Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers

  • Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape in particular as they relate to paid social media

  • Input to media audit processes from a paid social perspective for your respective clients as required

  • Manage, mentor and develop direct reports
